the day before yesterday we had a speech from a programer of 100 dollar laptop.
He presented a working prototype, and described the details of it.
before the speech i though the 100 dollar laptop is just a crapp,
but now i think this laptop is really a result of a high design level,
which was develop through a good user senario:
1. the 100 dollar laptops (100 laps) can link with each other without any setup.
and through the links, the children can work on a projekt easily without to meet eachother.
2. they use a lot of smart part to save the energy.
for example the 10" display, if u dont touch a key, it needs almost "0" energy,
but u can still read what is on the screen.
3. to awake it from sleep it needs only 3/100 second. then u can use it full power.
(a pc needs couple secons)
4. category ur files as blog. just like a child write his homework.
these r just small part of it. isn't it cool?
