How to hit the ball right?

hello every one,

well though this blog is about design,
but baseball is my favorite sport :P

there r some points we should keep in mind, if we want to hit the ball hard and far:

1. always keeps the eyes on the ball.
2. keep your barycenter behind.
3. use the power of ur whole body to hit the ball.
4. a better ball contact is more important the power.
