Moto Labs Multi-Touch screen

Moto Labs
a very interesting group about interaction design/prototyping.
here they just show, how they make thier multi-touch screen work:
inorder to use this equipment under normal light, they DIDN'T use camera as tracing tool (i still havn't find out, how the trace the finger..maybe touch-sensor? or pressure sensor?)

in the link, we can also find the simulation. it works very fluently and quick.
multi-touch is the most intuitive interface till now.
it aprovides a way, that everyone, who even doesn't have experience with pc, can use/deal with it easily. it is happening NOW.

i think the next issue would be:
how can we use this technology to work on way more complicated tasks, such like text typing, graphic and 3d-modelling, which need a very precise handling. it is extreme interesting to see how far it will go ;D
and maybe i will jump into such kine of projects later...

Can anyone recommend the best Remote Management tool for a small IT service company like mine? Does anyone use Kaseya.com or GFI.com? How do they compare to these guys I found recently: N-able N-central remote support
? What is your best take in cost vs performance among those three? I need a good advice please... Thanks in advance!
